Why Can't I Find My Order Confirmation Email or See My Order in My Skybound Account?

Placed an order but can't find the confirmation email or see the order history in your Skybound account? Here are a few common reasons and solutions:


1. Check Your Spam/Junk/Promotions Folder: Sometimes, automated emails like order confirmations can be filtered into folders other than your main inbox. Please thoroughly check all email folders.


2. Email Address Mismatch (Most Common Issue):

  • Checkout Email vs. Account Email: You might have used a different email address during checkout than the one associated with your Skybound store account. Orders are linked to the email address used to place the order.
  • Shop Pay Email: If you used Shop Pay, the confirmation might have gone to the email address registered with your Shop Pay account, which could be different from your primary Skybound account email.


3. Typos in Email Address: Occasionally, a small typo in the email address during checkout can prevent the confirmation from reaching you.


4. Order Not Yet Processed: In rare cases, during extremely high traffic, there might be a slight delay before the order confirmation email is sent.


What to Do:

  • Search All Email Inboxes: If you have multiple email addresses, search all of them for an email from "Skybound Store" or "Skybound Entertainment."
  • Check Your Skybound Account: Log in to your Skybound store account using the email address you believe you used for the order.
  • If You Still Can't Find It, Contact Us:If you've tried the steps above and still can't locate your order confirmation or see the order in your account, please contact Skybound support. To help us find your order quickly, please provide:
    • Your full name used on the order.
    • The approximate date you placed the order.
    • The email address(es) you might have used.
    • The item(s) you ordered, if you remember them.
    • If you used PayPal or another payment method that provides a transaction ID, please include that.


Once we locate your order, we can confirm its status and resend the confirmation email to the correct address.
