My tracking number has not updated

If extended time has passed and you do not see updates to your tracking number, then please contact us at webstore@skybound.com and we can look into it for you. In most cases, it is a carrier scanning error and it will update at a future point in route.


Please note, international orders can take a bit longer to show tracking updates as they experience unexpected customs delays.
