You can view the support tickets you submit by first signing up for a "requestor account" with our Help Center.
Note, this account is separate from your Skybound Insiders or Store accounts. It is used only for submitting and viewing your tickets within our Help Center.
To do this you can click Sign up on the upper right-hand side of the page.
You will be taken to the Sign up page which looks like this.
Sign up for an account using the same email address you use for your Insiders and Store accounts. Once you're done, you can then start viewing newly submitted tickets by clicking My Tickets.
Bookmark the My Tickets page for quick access.
