If you receive a pop-up message saying the Steam ID is already linked with another KRAFTON ID, this means you must log in to the linked KRAFTON ID and unlink the Steam ID.
As it can take some time for accounts to be fully unlinked, wait a few moments to link from a new KRAFTON ID.
If you're still unable to unlink, please email KRAFTON Support at account_support@krafton.com with the below information:
- Game name, game account
- Email account used to create KRAFTON ID
- A screenshot of the error pop-up
